On Saturday, December 20th, we will need both feeder counters and field observers to help with the South Bend Christmas Bird Count, so brush up on your winter bird ID and join us for a fun day of searching our 7.5-mile radius count circle centered on downtown South Bend. The goal is to find as many species as we can on that day. Then we get together in the evening to compile our results and warm up with some soup and hot cocoa!
