Volunteers are needed to help count birds at Bendix Meadows starting April 20th through July 20th. Volunteers can monitor the birds weekly, every other week, or whenever they want to help.  

Bendix Meadows is a recognized Important Bird Area (IBA). It is located on the northwest airport property and is a private area. It is about a one mile walk from the parking area to the airport fence and back to your car. It takes about one hour to walk or however long you want to stay there. It has many different habitats, including wooded, prairie-like, and wet areas, so many types of birds can be found.

Necesitamos voluntarios para ayudar a contar aves en Bendix Meadows empezando el 20 de abril hasta el 20 de julio. Los voluntarios pueden observar las aves semanalmente, cada quincena o cuando les sea posible ayudar. 

Bendix Meadows es una reconocida Área Importante de Aves (IBA sigla en inglés). Está ubicada en la propiedad noroeste del aeropuerto y es una zona privada. Hay aproximadamente una milla de distancia entre el estacionamiento y la valla del aeropuerto y lo mismo de regreso a tu auto. Toma cerca de una hora recorrerla o el tiempo que quieras permanecer allí. Tiene muchos hábitats diferentes, entre estos zonas boscosas, praderas y zonas húmedas, por lo que se pueden encontrar muchos tipos de aves.
